Thank you for your trust and purchase of silversal. We are so sorry for the dissatisfaction with the purchase, but we will try our best to return or exchange it. Please contact our ‘Customer Service’ at service@silversal.com
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can apply for return or exchange within 14 days of of receipt of the original order.
Please contact ‘Customer Service’ if you need to exchange or return.

Eligible goods which are must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging can be exchanged and returned.

Besides, all tags and receipt of the original goods must be intact.

If it doesn't fit any of these terms, the customer should responsible for the products and no refund will be issued.
- HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?
Step 1: Please request a return or exchange and write down the detailed order number, e-mail, and problems online.
Step 2: if your request is approved, our customer service team will email you ASAP.
Step 3: Pack your goods and all contents (including packing boxes and dust bags) safely.
Step 4: Ship your return and make sure you get a deliver code to track your parcel.
Step 5: We will email you as long as your package has been received.
- WHEN WILL GET MY REFUND?
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please reach out to your financial institution.
